Cartridge only, pins have been cleaned and the game has been tested! Your cart may have some scuffs, or marks. You're buying a fully working game in this listing :)
Please keep in mind, this is a Japanese Famicom game and will not work on traditional north american systems without a cartridge adapter. Famicom games have a 60-pin count while north american NES carts have a 72 pin count.
