Cart only, good condition with light signs of play and aging. Fun fact about this game, there's an English option to fully play the game in English!
Please note this is the Japanese Super Famicom version. It will not play in a North American Super Nintendo unless you either use an adapter or snap the two plastic pins in your SNES cartridge slot to make the games fit. It was a physical region lock, not a motherboard region lock. I've attached a photo showing you what two plastic pins to snap, it's super easy. There's also youtube tutorials showing you how to modify your SNES to play japanese games :)
